I hate forgetting what I did because in a way it takes the fun out of well, living. So as to start a possibly mundane but personal journey, I am going to try and sum up the previous day in brief sentences. Pardon the potential tardiness. Memiary does a similar thing but sadly, cannot describe the previous day. So here goes my list for 12/30/2008:
- Worked further on my thesis, adding 10+ pages
- Had hot water finally repaired at home after 5 long days
- Conversed with entire family in Israel

Hi Yuval,
You can indeed ‘describe the previous days’ with Memiary. Check out the “week bar” at the top (Mon Tue Wed Thur Fri Sat etc.) You can click on any of those days and record items for it. Also, you can use the date selector to jump to any day in history — be it 3 or 50 years ago — and record those memories as well: http://www.memiary.com/date
Also, if your blogging software allows it, a really great tip is to link your Memiary RSS feed (found in the Past Week/Month/Year sections or under Settings > Export) and have everything posted to your blog automatically. Be careful though as all your memories will be public!
